I have run in the Salomon S-Lab 3 XT for several years now. It is the best all round speed shoe for trails. Light weight, durable and extremely trail sensitive. I have also used it in exterra situations with river crossings. It drains fast and keeps the shoe very breathable. All round best shoe out there!

To me, buying a shoe is a HUGE deal. I often wear one pair of shoes for a whole year and a half which means I preform hours of extensive research in what I'm actually going to buy.
My problem? Shoes that are marketed towards women, especially in malls, SUCK. Everything is PINK and PURPLE and degrading. I need a shoe that says I can run faster, harder, and stronger than you.
And this shoe wasn't whispering, it was screaming.
1) This is a flashy shoe that just looks motivating.
2) Seems to be built well.
3) Fits my foot great for a unisex shoe
4) NO shoelaces. I hate shoelaces.
5) Seriously, people notice these shoes. They're hardcore. You'll look hardcore in them.
So if you're a woman looking for a shoe that shows you aren't a pretty princess, run in these baby.

It all started with a "Maybe I can do this?!". Goals were set, months passed, goals were met and reset. After months of reviewing blogs, tweets, videos and walls, a purchase was made and it made a mom looking to take her running to the next level ecstatic of what's to come and the endless combination of trails to run and routes to weave.
What you may be asking:
#Found the fit to be half size smaller than usual
#Quicklace system, nothing compares. Makes for fast adjustments and the lace 'garage' works great. Haven't had a problem
#Dries FAST!
#Great traction without having to jump to a Speedcross or Fellcross shoe; shred the Ups and bomb the Downs
#Can handle the pavement, but excels on trail
If trails are what lie before you, these shoes should be on your feet.
