I have several pairs of Sano shoes.They are by far the most comfortable shoes on the planet for me.I also have several pairs of regular mephisto shoes.I have flat feet and have had several foot surgeries.Mephisto shoes run extremely narrow and people with wide or flat feet should not attempt to wear them.Its a shame because they are very nice shoes.Amazon is unbelievable at how fast they ship.Very pleased with entire transaction.
